Who is Dynamic Students accommodation for?
Our residences are open to students enrolled at recognised higher education institutions in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). We specialise in accommodation for NSFAS-funded students, though we welcome all qualifying students.
Do you accept NSFAS funding?
Yes. We are proud to cater specifically to NSFAS-funded students. Our team can guide you through what's required to use your NSFAS allowance toward your accommodation with us.
Where are your residences located?
Our residences are strategically located in and around Gqeberha, close to major institutions and city amenities. Contact us for specific address details and to find the residence closest to your campus.
What is included in my accommodation?
All our residences come fully furnished and include high-speed Wi-Fi, access to study spaces, a gym, laundry facilities, entertainment areas, and communal social spaces - everything you need to live, study, and unwind comfortably.
Are meals provided?
Our apartments are set up for shared living with kitchen facilities so students can prepare their own meals. We currently do not offer a catering service, but our spaces are fully equipped for day-to-day cooking.
How safe are your residences?
Student safety is our top priority. All our residences are secured with biometric access control, 24/7 CCTV monitoring, armed response, and on-site security personnel around the clock giving both students and parents peace of mind.
Can parents or guardians visit?
Yes, authorised visitors are welcome during designated visiting hours. Our access control systems ensure that only registered residents and approved visitors can enter the building.
How do I apply for accommodation?

What documents do I need to apply?
You will need a valid student ID or proof of registration, your NSFAS approval letter (if applicable), a copy of your ID, and proof of parental or guardian contact details.
Is there a minimum stay period?
Our leases are generally structured around the academic year. We encourage students to apply for the full year to secure their spot, as availability can be limited. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
What happens if I have a maintenance issue in my room?
We have a dedicated maintenance process in place. Simply report the issue to our on-site management team and we will attend to it as promptly as possible. Keeping our spaces clean and functional is something we take seriously.
